Well, I finally have some access to a computer again and Booton was kind enough to keep my spot open for me, so here I am. I will resume where I left off though I will not be as active as I was for just a bit longer. However, I will be around.
This does not affect the current staff hiring, Alexander von Koopa has left us, so a new staff member will be taking his place.

I regret to inform you all that I must resign my position on the Boo Mansion Staff Team. I'm without a computer and cannot continue with my staff duties. I don't know who will take my spot, or even if someone will. I hope that if someone does, that they will be a good and hard working addition to the staff crew. I have enjoyed my time working on the staff, and I'm sorry I couldn't do more. Perhaps in the future I may come back if Booton holds my spot. But it is highly unlikely...

| Super Smash Bros. Brawl released in Europe and Australia! |
Well we're a day late making this news post, but it's true.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl was released in Australia on the 26th, and in Europe on the 27th.
Now let's hope there's no lag between continents, eh?

| Wario Land: Shake It! Announced! |
A new Wario Land game titled Wario Land: Shake It! has been announced, and it is for the Wii. It is unknown whether this is going to be 2D or 3D at the moment, but it's been slated for July 24th in Japan. Tilt control of the level has been noted as taking advantage of Wii motion sensing controls.

| Nintendo Channel Now Available! Boo's Weekly Melody Released! |
The Nintendo Channel is now available for download, free of charge, via the Wii Shop channel. The channel's focus is on providing videos and information on upcoming Nintendo as well as 3rd party titles and services.
A video about WiiWare on the channel has mentioned that WiiWare titles will be available on May 12, 2008. One of the games in the previews was Dr. Mario Online Rx, which by the way is now set to be released on May 12th! It will be purchaseable for 1000 Wii Points ($10.00 in US currency).
In Boo Mansion related news, I have launched a small feature called Boo's Weekly Melody which will allow you to listen to a different Mario song each week while you browse the site and/or forums. To access it simply click the icon that says "Melody" at the top of the site or forum. You will then have a small pop up window that will play this week's song. I may make a request topic soon or some way of requesting songs and then randomly choose one from the list of songs for that week. But anyway, I hope everyone enjoys this slight addition.
